FKM Viton® Tri-Clamp Gaskets – High-Temperature Sanitary Seals for Extraction & Processing

High-performance FKM (Viton®) tri-clamp gaskets engineered for demanding extraction, filtration, decarboxylation, and sanitary process systems. Manufactured from premium fluoroelastomer, these gaskets deliver superior chemical resistance, high-temperature stability, and reliable sealing performance across gas, oil, and solvent-based applications.

Commonly used in closed-loop extraction systems, FKM gaskets are ideal for operators working with butane, propane, and compatible hydrocarbons, offering significantly better chemical compatibility and temperature tolerance than Buna (NBR). Their softer composition ensures easier sealing and compression, while maintaining durability under pressure and repeated use.
