To avoid the risks of industrial handling standards which do not require cylinder decontamination to maintain compliance, Solvent Direct has stepped up the game with 3 Phase Decontamination Cleanings to meet and exceed medical standards for the extraction industry. With both a Certificate of Analysis (COA) for the gas and a Certificate of Decontamination for the Cylinder with matching serial numbers signed off by a certified hazmat technician, you can rest assured your clean gas has not been compromised by a dirty cylinder.

Solvent Direct specializes in the same and next day delivery of compliant Extraction Gases typically testing as high as 99%+ impurity free hydrocarbon sourced right here in the United States.
Solvent Direct carries a line of ultra-high purity laboratory grade Butane gas, Propane gas, Isobutane gas, custom blend gas such as 70/30, 80/20 and 60/20/20. Our industrial sourced gas is "Engineered for Extraction®" for use in C1D1 labs running closed loop extraction systems, wielding shops, and machinery applications requiring high purity gas.
Solvent Direct is committed to quality, value, and service. That is why we use 3-Phase Decontamination to clean all our cylinder tanks and provide Certificates of Analysis (COA) and Certificates of Decontamination (COD).
HOW FULL IS YOUR TANK?
Butane, Propane and Isobutane have different densities and while industrial propane suppliers have only been filling LP 239 cylinders to 100 lbs for many years, here at Solvent Direct we fill all cylinders to the maximum allowable capacity per Federal DOT regulations.
For instance our Butane cylinders are filled to 120 lbs and our 70/30 cylinders are filled to 114 lbs. By filling to the maximum allowable quantity we reduce your overall cost of hazmat fees and transportation fees.

X GAS
In December of 2022, after 1.5 years of research, analysis and development Solvent Direct took delivery of its first batch of X Gas. This new experimental gas is sourced from the cleanest shale and refined specifically to prevent Medusa and Fast Crash Reactions.
